Three ways to charter — pick what fits your operation
Charter terms should match how you actually operate. We work with all three common structures.
Time Charter
The vessel is at your disposal for an agreed period. You direct the voyages; we run the vessel.
PERIOD-BASED
- Fixed hire per day

Voyage Charter
The vessel carries an agreed cargo on an agreed voyage, at a freight rate per ton or as a lump sum.
TRIP-BASED

Bareboat Charter
You take the vessel without crew, fuel, or provisions — full operational control and full responsibility.

Chartering FAQ
It depends on the vessel type and current commitments. Share your requirement and timing and we will confirm realistic availability — for standard units in Indonesian waters this is often days rather than weeks.
Yes. Our crew manning division supplies certified officers and crew, so a time-chartered vessel can come fully manned. If you prefer to run your own crew, a bareboat arrangement is available instead.
Yes — our agency team handles inward/outward clearance and the relevant permissions, and our documentation service supports foreign permits and crew visa arrangements.
Yes. Bunkers, fresh water, provisions, and technical stores can be supplied through our ship chandling and bunkering services, coordinated with the vessel’s schedule.
Cargo or personnel details, load and discharge points, required timing, and duration. If you have cargo dimensions and weight, include those — they determine which vessel class fits.
